Rideau is currently undertaking a complete renovation of the 290 guestroom 190,000 ft2 Ramada Hotel and Conference Center. Upon completion the property will be re-branded as the Wyndham Garden Hotel and Conference Center. Renovations in the guest rooms include new sprinkler system, major upgrade to fire alarm system, new architectural finishes and new furniture. Renovations to the public areas include new reception area, a barista lounge, new restaurant and renovated lobby area. All conference and meeting areas are receiving new architectural finishes and accent lighting. The pool area is being renovated to include new hot tub and sauna areas, new modern fitness room and renovated shower areas.
