Fredericton, New Brunswick

The new APEGNB will be constructed beginning the summer of 2006 in Fredericton. This is a design build contract and is a result of the Rideau Estimating team being the successful proponent of a request for proposal call. Our estimators then worked closley with the owner during the programming phase to develop a building that met the clients needs and would fall within their budget. The new 4,500 square foot, single story wood frame building is scheduled for completion in November of 2006.
